PRODUCTION

Jessica Jubb Jewellery is handmade to order. Depending on the making process for your chosen piece, 3-7 business days are required prior to shipping.

Slight variations to each finished product are to be expected and cherished. They are the reason you know your piece has been carefully crafted by hand!

Measurements for earring lengths are the total length, including ear hooks. Variations for sizes and necklace lengths may be possible depending on the design. Please feel free to email me any requests.

All items are photographed in my studio. Please be aware that different computer monitors may display colours differently.

PACKAGING & POST

All Jessica Jubb Jewellery pieces are packaged in beautiful JJ logo branded gift boxes or pouches and are placed in a padded bag for extra protection.

Packages are shipped using Australia Post Registered Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number and a signature on delivery will be required. Please understand that I am not responsible for any lost packages but will do whatever I can to assist should a parcel go astray.

Australia Post do not guarantee delivery dates. For destinations within Australia they state delivery times between 2 - 7 business days for a parcel to reach its recipient, and for destinations outside of Australia it can take up to 21 days. Some international orders may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance and these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

REFUNDS

Jessica Jubb Jewellery is handmade to order and as such, all purchases are final. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

In the unlikely event that you receive the item damaged or with a variation not noted in the item description, please contact me to discuss an exchange - please do not return anything without first getting in touch. Contact me immediately, on the day your package arrives so that we may arrange a suitable resolution.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Copper and brass are beautiful materials. I choose to leave them unsealed because of the wonderfully natural way in which they evolve, changing colours with time.

If you prefer your piece to stay shiny, a gentle buff with a metal polishing cloth will remove oxidation. Metals can be sealed with a clear spray metal lacquer to prevent further oxidation.
